Christina F. Toon is an Employment and Injury attorney with Ironside Law Firm where she routinely serves her clients on employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation, and small business matters. She offers the personal service of a small law firm with the quality service of a large law firm practice. She represents clients of various sizes in all aspects of employment and injury litigation, including matters with former employees under state and federal law. It is Christina's goal to mitigate risk for her clients through best practices and attention to detail. She frequently speaks to the community on employment and injury issues and authors articles for various publications. 

Christina's experience includes defense litigation at Crowe & Dunlevy Law Firm where she led and collaborated with her legal team to bring the best conflict resolution for her employment, injury, and business clients. She managed hundreds of workers compensation claims for global corporations while also handling employment, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters. Christina has workers' compensation defense experience and also represents federal employees before the Merit Systems Protection Board, grievance proceedings and arbitrations.

Christina received her legal education at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008 where she received the C.A.L.I. Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Analysis & Writing and assisted the head of the Legal Writing Department. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Christina graduated from Grand View College in 2004. 

Passionate about serving and encouraging the community, since 2017 she has been President on the Board of Kids' Chance of Oklahoma, an organization that provides scholarships for children of workers who were seriously or fatally injured in workplace accidents in Oklahoma. Christina has also been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyer Magazine from 2017 to 2020.

Christina loves the wellness and fitness community. She believes, "a healthier version of herself, means a healthier version for serving you."
