Christina Cupp

Christina Cupp is an Employment and Injury attorney with Ironside Law Firm where she routinely serves her clients on employment law, personal injury, workers' compensation, and small business matters.  Christina offers the personal service of a small law firm with the quality service of a large law firm practice. She represents clients of various sizes in all aspects of employment and injury litigation, including matters with former employees under state and federal law. It is Christina's goal to mitigate risk for her clients through best practices and attention to detail. She frequently speaks to the community on employment and injury issues and authors articles for various publications. 

Christina's experience includes defense litigation at Crowe & Dunlevy Law Firm where she led and collaborated with her legal team to bring the best conflict resolution for her employment, injury, and business clients.  She managed hundreds of workers compensation claims for global corporations while also handling employment, personal injury, and bankruptcy matters.  Christina has ten years of workers' compensation defense experience, beginning with Latham Wagner Steel and Lehman and most recently with Fellers Snider Blankenship Bailey & Tippens. 

Christina received her legal education at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008 where she received the C.A.L.I. Award for Excellence in Legal Research, Analysis & Writing.  Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, Christina graduated from Grand View College in 2004. 

Passionate about serving and encouraging in the community, Christina regularly mentors law students and children in ministry.  She volunteers at Life.Church Switch ministries on Wednesday nights, while also serving as a Life Group Leader for Ladies and Leadership. She is actively involved with Oklahoma Kids' Chance, an organization that provides scholarships for children of workers who were seriously or fatally injured in workplace accidents in Oklahoma. Christina has also been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawer Magazine in 2017 & 2018. See Community page for more details.


Christina and her husband Jon live in Edmond, Oklahoma with their adopted pups, Brutus and Cocoa.  Christina's step-daughters are some of her very best friends. The Cupps love the wellness and fitness community.  To them, "a healthier version of us, means a healthier version for serving you."
