The Journal Record Empowering Women and Beacon Awards

Ironside Law Firm is celebrating a proud achievement this August! We are honored to

announce our receipt of two awards from The Journal Record in recognition of our

leadership and community service efforts.

The Empowering Women Award is given to companies making a difference for women in the workplace. As one of twenty-nine recipients of this award, Ironside is committed to empowering women to achieve better working conditions and increase professional opportunities.

We were also one of twelve recipients of the Beacon Award, which honors individuals and organizations making a positive and lasting impact through community service. Ironside was named for Philanthropic Impact in recognition of Managing Partner Christina Toon’s longtime leadership and deep commitment to Kids’ Chance of Oklahoma.

On August 20, 2026, members of our teamw had the privilege of attending the awards ceremony at the Skirvin Oklahoma City. We were honored to celebrate alongside fellow Oklahoma leaders and were inspired to learn how they’re making a difference.
