Toon's experience includes matters brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Oklahoma’s non-compete and non-solicitation statutes, and Oklahoma’s workers’ compensation laws. She assists with in-house investigations, audits, and claims, including those involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Christina represents federal employees before the Merit Systems Protection Board, grievance proceedings, and arbitration. Christina is passionate about mitigating risk for her clients and works for efficient resolution. Christina believes in a compliant, structured, and healthy corporate culture for her clients.
